Elysium

Elysium is a team from Nizhny Novgorod, which has become in demand in just 2 years of its existence. In 1995, the band's debut concert took place. By that time, the guys were already Russia's rock favorites. Their tracks hit radio stations with lightning speed and enjoyed great success.
In 2002, the collection "All Islands" was released.
That presentation gave them the opportunity to be near the Tarakany and Naiv collective. Later, Elysium members gave concerts at various rock-format events.
The musicians released the second disc while touring the country.
In 2004, two releases were released simultaneously - "Rock Planet" and "Train to Mars".
From that time on, the band began to create offsite projects, such as, for example, Lampas. Then they organized their own festival called "Punk Romance", which was led by Lapis.
Before the project was 10 years old, they presented the collection "On the Outskirts of the Universe". The jubilee was marked by a large-scale performance in the capital of Russia. Later they recorded 2 DVDs with live recording.
After 3 years, the participants presented the disc of the same name, at the same time, playing on a common stage together with the group NOFX.
The Elysium concert usually lasts quite a long time, it often happens that they perform 50 of their songs at a time.
In 2010, in the fall, they recorded and published a collection called "The Best Hits", after which they began touring the American states.
At the onset of 2011, the presentation of the next disc "Evil Will Die" took place.
The group's music genre is considered mixed. Undoubtedly, punk rock prevails. The musicians themselves believe that they are performing something called "space rock".
After the release of the 3rd collection took place and the guys celebrated their 3rd birthday, Moscow scenes began to see them unusually often.
Despite the growing popularity, by the year 2000, the band's collective partially disintegrated, which is why it was decided to stop playing for a while.
In this regard, everyone was looking forward to new songs from the Elysium group. And after the winter the band started performing again.
One of the soloists was Danilin Dima, who after graduation went to live in America. Another soloist was Katya Zudina. She tied fate with the second guitarist of the group - Kalenov Dima, and decided to deal with family affairs.
While her husband organized his own personal musical project called "Guantanamera".
By the end of 2001, due to omissions with other musicians, drummer Igor Tarasov left the band. He was practically immediately replaced by a new drummer, Lesha Kuznetsov, who had previously been listed as a member of the $ 7, 000 team. In addition to him, the trumpeter Sasha Komarov returned to the group, who began playing in a musical group back in 1998-1999. This did not last long, since after he was forced to go to the army.
At the onset of 2002, in the autumn time, Sidorina Ksyusha joined the band, whose task was to cope well with backing vocals.
